Mechanical Engineer (Refining) | Pune

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the refining sector to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong practical understanding of mechanical systems in a refinery environment who may not hold a formal degree but possess the requisite skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment within the refinery, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and static equipment.

Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions for mechanical systems.

Support preventive maintenance programs and contribute to the development of maintenance schedules.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all mechanical operations.

Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians on project tasks and equipment upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.

Participate in safety drills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
