Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems and machinery within our FMCG production facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software engineering principles to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure the reliability of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to mechatronic systems, PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
- Implement and maintain automation solutions to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks on machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and R&D, to identify areas for automation and improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechatronic systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and industrial control technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during equipment operation and maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
