Mechatronics Engineer - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems within the consumer goods manufacturing environment. This role requires a unique blend of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize automated production lines and machinery for FMCG products, with a focus on pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in mechatronic systems.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop new product manufacturing processes and improve existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and quality standards, particularly those pertaining to pharmaceutical product handling and packaging.
- Conduct performance testing and validation of automated equipment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and relevant pharmaceutical technologies.
