Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Media Production & Entertainment professional with 1-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our corporate team in Ludhiana. This role will be responsible for developing and executing engaging media content that aligns with Va Tech Wabag's brand and communication objectives within the water treatment and waste management sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media production processes and a strategic mindset to leverage entertainment platforms for corporate messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality video content, including corporate videos, promotional materials, and social media clips, relevant to the water treatment and waste management industry.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and script media projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end production process, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, scheduling) to post-production (editing, sound design, graphics).
- Assist in the creation of engaging presentations and multimedia assets for internal and external communications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in media production, digital marketing, and corporate communications.
- Analyze the performance of media content and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized production needs.
