Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Advisor to join our dynamic healthcare BPM team. The Medical Advisor will play a crucial role in providing expert medical insights and guidance to support our healthcare-focused business processes and client engagements. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practices, and healthcare regulations, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing the quality and efficiency of our healthcare BPM services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert medical consultation and advice on healthcare-related processes and projects.
Review and interpret clinical data, medical records, and research findings to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, analytics, and client management, to ensure medical accuracy and compliance.
Develop and refine medical guidelines, protocols, and training materials for BPM operations.
Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, local Indian regulations).
Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders on medical aspects of BPM services.
Participate in the development and implementation of new healthcare BPM solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical science, technology, and healthcare industry trends.
