Medical Affairs Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Affairs Specialist to join our growing team. The Medical Affairs Specialist will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our scientific and medical teams and the external medical community. This role involves developing and executing medical strategies, ensuring accurate communication of scientific information, and supporting clinical research initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical affairs strategies aligned with company objectives and product lifecycle.
- Serve as a key scientific and medical resource for internal teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Sales) and external stakeholders (e.g., healthcare professionals, investigators).
- Create, review, and approve scientific and medical content for various platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Support the planning and execution of medical education programs, symposia, and advisory board meetings.
- Contribute to the identification and engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Provide medical and scientific input for clinical trial design, protocol development, and data interpretation.
- Monitor and analyze scientific literature, competitor activities, and emerging trends in relevant therapeutic areas.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
