We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller / Coder with 3-4 years of experience and a Diploma in a relevant field to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing medical claims, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and optimizing revenue cycle management within our organization. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong understanding of medical coding systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing patient medical records and charts to assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes.
• Ensuring accurate and timely submission of medical claims to insurance companies and government payers.
• Following up on denied or rejected claims and initiating appeals as necessary.
• Verifying patient insurance information and eligibility.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Generating reports on billing and coding activities for management review.
