Medical Biller / Coder - Leather Sector (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Biller / Coder with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate billing and coding processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to understand pharmaceutical aspects of medical services and translate them into appropriate codes for billing purposes, contributing to the financial health of our operations in the leather sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Review patient medical records and physician documentation to assign appropriate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for billing.

Ensure compliance with all relevant billing and coding regulations, including HIPAA.

Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently, verifying patient eligibility and benefits.

Follow up on denied or rejected claims and take corrective actions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical coding guidelines and payer policies.

Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues.

Utilize M.Pharma knowledge to accurately code pharmaceutical services and related procedures.

Assist in auditing medical records for coding accuracy and completeness.
