Medical Devices Distributor / Advisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Devices Distributor/Advisor to drive the sales and market penetration of our innovative medical equipment portfolio within a designated territory in India. This role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and surgical centers, providing expert advice on product utilization, and ensuring efficient distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for medical devices.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and hospital administrators.

Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, educating them on the benefits and proper use of our medical devices.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable market intelligence to the company.

Manage distribution channels, ensuring timely delivery and availability of products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
