Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Medical Illustrator with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and a strong understanding of medical concepts, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, accurate, and engaging visual content for various business process management (BPM) applications. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our client-facing materials, training modules, and internal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), medical writers, and project managers to understand project requirements and interpret complex medical and technical information.
• Create accurate and visually appealing illustrations, diagrams, infographics, and other visual aids for presentations, reports, training materials, and digital platforms.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, scientific accuracy, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Utilize industry-standard illustration software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality graphics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Adapt existing visuals or create new ones based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in medical illustration and visual communication.
