Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Medical Illustrator with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a professional with a BBA/BBM background who can bridge the gap between complex medical information and clear visual communication. You will be responsible for creating accurate and engaging medical illustrations, animations, and other visual content for various internal and external communication needs, including marketing materials, educational resources, and scientific publications. Your business acumen, combined with your artistic talent, will be crucial in understanding project requirements and delivering high-quality visual solutions that align with our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate complex medical and scientific concepts into clear, accurate, and aesthetically pleasing visual representations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and R&D departments to understand project scope, target audience, and key messaging.
- Develop a wide range of medical illustrations, including anatomical diagrams, procedural illustrations, cellular structures, and disease progression visuals.
- Create engaging infographics, charts, and graphs to simplify data and research findings.
- Potentially develop 2D or 3D animations to explain complex biological processes or surgical procedures.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs and budgets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current medical terminology, anatomical structures, and scientific principles.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance visual communication strategies.
- Contribute to the development of visual style guides and best practices.
