Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Medical Illustrator to join our innovative team. The Medical Illustrator will be responsible for creating accurate and engaging visual representations of complex medical and biological concepts, primarily for educational materials, marketing collateral, and internal training within the textile and apparel industry, focusing on areas like fabric science, material properties, and health and safety related to textiles. This role requires a strong understanding of both artistic principles and scientific accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, accurate, and aesthetically pleasing illustrations for a variety of media, including print, digital, and presentations.
- Translate complex scientific and technical information related to textile materials, their properties, and applications into understandable visual formats.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and marketing teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of illustrations.
- Create anatomical illustrations, diagrams, infographics, and other visual aids as needed.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all created materials.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in medical illustration and graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ensure all illustrations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
