Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Medical Officer to manage and oversee the health and wellness programs for our employees at our Nasik facility. This role requires a unique blend of administrative acumen and healthcare understanding, leveraging your BBA/BBM background to ensure efficient operations of our occupational health services. You will be instrumental in promoting a healthy and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage the day-to-day operations of the company's medical center, including record-keeping and inventory management.
Coordinate employee health check-ups, wellness programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
Manage medical emergencies and provide first aid and immediate care to employees.
Liaise with external healthcare providers, hospitals, and insurance companies for employee medical needs and claims processing.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of health policies and procedures.
Maintain a database of employee health records and ensure confidentiality.
Support HR in managing employee health-related leave and return-to-work processes.
