Medical Officer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Officer to join our team at Hindustan Unilever Limited. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to employees, ensuring a healthy and safe working environment, and promoting wellness initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general medical examinations and consultations for employees.
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care.
- Manage occupational health issues and advise on preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
- Organize and conduct health awareness programs and wellness camps.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments on employee health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Refer employees to specialists when necessary and follow up on their treatment.
- Administer vaccinations and other medical treatments as prescribed.
