Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Officer to manage the occupational health and wellness programs for our employees at our manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on preventive healthcare, health monitoring, and emergency medical response within the corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
- Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
- Managing and maintaining employee health records and medical facilities.
- Developing and implementing health awareness programs and campaigns.
- Advising management on occupational health hazards and preventive measures.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with external healthcare providers for specialized medical needs.
