Medical Record / Health Informatics (1-2 Yrs) in BPO / Call Centre

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Medical Record / Health Informatics professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for managing and analyzing health-related data within our BPO/Call Centre operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of healthcare information systems and data management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and manage patient medical records with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, if applicable to client data).
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of health informatics databases and systems.
- Extract, compile, and analyze health data for reporting purposes, identifying trends and anomalies.
- Support the development and implementation of processes for efficient medical record management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and information exchange.
- Respond to queries related to medical records and health information from internal stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in health informatics.
