Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Record / Health Informatics professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to manage and enhance our health informatics systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping and data analysis within the Iron & Steel industry context. This role is crucial for supporting employee health and safety initiatives and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security of all medical records in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyze health data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving employee health and safety programs.
- Collaborate with HR, occupational health, and other departments to integrate health data into broader company initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards on key health metrics for management review.
- Provide training and support to staff on using health informatics systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in health informatics and relevant technologies.
