Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join our team as a Medical Record / Health Informatics specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our clients' health information systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving insights from medical records. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare data management, informatics principles, and business acumen, ideally gained through an MBA/PGDM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of electronic health record (EHR) systems for our healthcare clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Indian data protection laws).
- Analyze medical record data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for data governance, data quality assurance, and data security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and management, to ensure seamless integration of health informatics solutions.
- Create reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of new health informatics products and services.
