Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Medical Record / Health Informatics professional with 2-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring data integrity, and supporting clinical decision-making through health informatics strategies. This role is crucial in optimizing patient care delivery and operational efficiency within our hospital network.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of patient data.
Develop and implement health informatics policies and procedures in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging LLM knowledge.
Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, support clinical research, and improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and administrative personnel to streamline data management processes.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, and relevant Indian data protection laws).
Assist in the development and implementation of health information systems and technologies.
Provide training and support to healthcare staff on EHR usage and data management best practices.
