Medical Representative (MR) - 2-3 Yrs Experience in Animation & VFX

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Representative (MR) with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being and health compliance of our creative workforce within the fast-paced Animation & VFX industry. You will act as a crucial link between employees, healthcare providers, and management, focusing on proactive health management and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs tailored for creative professionals in the Animation & VFX sector.
- Conduct regular health assessments and provide guidance on occupational health hazards specific to the industry (e.g., eye strain, repetitive strain injuries).
- Liaise with external healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to facilitate employee medical needs and ensure timely access to services.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations.
- Organize and conduct health awareness campaigns, workshops, and first-aid training sessions.
- Assist in managing employee health insurance claims and related documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee health concerns and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Utilize design thinking principles from your B.Des background to create engaging health communication materials and user-friendly health support systems.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate wellness and occupational health, particularly within the creative industries.
