Role Summary: The Medical Representative (MR) will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's facility management services to healthcare institutions and professionals within a designated territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
- Educate healthcare professionals about the benefits and features of our facility management solutions.
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Manage sales pipeline and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical standards.
