We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Medical Representative (MR) with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role involves leveraging design thinking and communication skills to effectively represent our banking products and services to medical professionals and institutions. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and translating complex financial solutions into easily understandable benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative strategies to promote banking products and services to the medical community.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.

Understand the unique financial needs of medical professionals and tailor solutions accordingly.

Design and present compelling visual aids, presentations, and marketing materials.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's presence in the medical sector.

Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
