Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Medical Representative (MR) with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. The MR will be responsible for promoting and selling Nestlé India's health and nutrition-focused consumer products to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of product benefits, effective communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Nestlé India's health and nutrition products to doctors, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and scientific evidence supporting our products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify new opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional activities and medical camps as required.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
