Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Medical Transcriptionist to join our corporate healthcare division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, consultations, and other healthcare-related documents for our employees and their dependents. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent listening skills, and proficiency in transcription software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to dictated medical reports and transcribe them into accurate, clear, and concise written documents.
- Ensure the correct use of medical terminology, abbreviations, and grammar.
- Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
- Operate transcription equipment and software efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any ambiguities or request further information.
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
