Medical Transcriptionist

Role Summary: DesignStack is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to join our growing operations team. While our core business is design, we are expanding our administrative support functions to ensure seamless operations. The Medical Transcriptionist will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe dictated medical reports, notes, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
• Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Ensure all transcriptions are completed within specified turnaround times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and medical records.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant healthcare regulations.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify dictations or obtain additional information.
