Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe dictated medical reports, research notes, and clinical trial data with high accuracy and speed.
• Review and edit transcribed documents for grammatical errors, clarity, and adherence to established medical and scientific terminology.
• Ensure all transcriptions comply with regulatory standards (e.g., GCP, GLP) and internal company policies.
• Interpret and transcribe complex scientific and medical information from audio recordings and written notes.
• Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and regulatory affairs personnel to clarify information and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and research data.
• Utilize specialized transcription software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of transcription guidelines and best practices.
