Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma background to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. While this role is within the auto components industry, it leverages your pharmaceutical knowledge for accurate medical terminology interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe dictations from physicians and other healthcare professionals into accurate and complete medical reports.
- Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology in transcriptions.
- Review and edit transcribed reports for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize transcription software and other relevant tools to perform duties efficiently.
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify any ambiguities or discrepancies in dictations.
- Manage transcription workload effectively to meet daily deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest medical terminology and transcription guidelines.
