Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Writer to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BCA degree looking to embark on a career in the beauty and personal care industry. The Medical Writer will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and scientifically accurate content related to our cosmetic products, ingredients, and research. You will work closely with R&D and Marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with regulatory standards and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and gather information on cosmetic ingredients, product formulations, and scientific studies.
- Write and edit various types of content, including product descriptions, ingredient fact sheets, technical summaries, and internal research documents.
- Ensure all written content is scientifically accurate, easy to understand, and compliant with relevant industry regulations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) such as formulators, chemists, and dermatologists to gather information and validate content.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submission documents as needed.
- Maintain a database of scientific literature and references relevant to the beauty and personal care industry.
- Proofread and fact-check content for grammatical errors, clarity, and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and scientific advancements in the cosmetic industry.
