Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our hotel properties. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all building services, maintaining guest comfort, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review MEP system designs, ensuring compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, water supply, drainage, and fire protection.
• Manage and maintain MEP systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP installations and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues and emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and manage MEP budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of MEP systems, maintenance activities, and performance data.
