Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for various projects within L&T's diverse portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of building services, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review MEP designs, drawings, and specifications in accordance with project requirements and relevant codes/standards.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and identify potential issues.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during construction and post-occupancy.
