MEP Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our film production facilities, studios, and related infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of building systems and the ability to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review MEP system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Manage the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and water supply/drainage.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP-related problems that arise.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.

Prepare and manage MEP project budgets, including cost estimations and procurement.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate records of MEP system designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
