We are seeking a diligent and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our corporate facilities, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management, contributing to the overall operational excellence of our security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) in the corporate office and other facilities.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
- Review MEP drawings and specifications for new projects or modifications.
- Prepare reports on MEP system performance, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of minor MEP-related projects.
