MEP Engineer (3-4 Yrs) role in Iron & Steel

We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient MEP Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and a M.Tech degree to join our Iron & Steel plant in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our industrial facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial MEP requirements and the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute MEP systems for new projects and upgrades, adhering to industry standards and company specifications.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of existing MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, power distribution, water supply, drainage, and fire fighting systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, civil engineers, and site supervisors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimations for MEP projects.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards in the execution of MEP works.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
