MEP Engineer - B.Com Professionals (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated MEP Engineer with a B.Com background to join our team in Lucknow. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the operational aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within an IT services environment. You will support the facilities management team in ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of our office infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support the facilities team in tracking maintenance schedules and vendor management.
- Prepare basic reports on energy consumption and operational costs, leveraging B.Com skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Help in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations related to building infrastructure.
- Document maintenance records and update relevant databases.
