Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated MEP Engineer with a background in LLM (Law and Management of Laws) to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or professional with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the operational efficiency of our luxury hospitality properties. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, leveraging your unique legal and management insights to ensure compliance and optimal functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of MEP systems maintenance and repair activities.
Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for MEP systems.
Support in the procurement of materials and services for MEP projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Utilize LLM knowledge to ensure all MEP operations comply with relevant Indian laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure project timelines are met.
Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for MEP equipment.
Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability projects within the properties.
