Job Description
Role Summary: The MEP Supervisor will oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards. This role is critical for maintaining the operational integrity of our production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of MEP technicians and external contractors.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly.
- Ensure all MEP installations and modifications comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Manage spare parts inventory for MEP systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP infrastructure and report on their condition.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support new projects and facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in MEP operations.
