MEP Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our manufacturing facility and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and installation of all MEP systems, adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage and guide a team of technicians and contractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals, providing feedback and ensuring accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all MEP activities, including maintenance logs, repair histories, and inventory.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP equipment.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site.
- Coordinate with other departments, including production, maintenance, and project management, to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Prepare reports on MEP system performance, maintenance activities, and project progress.
