Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our technology infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and safe installation, maintenance, and operation of MEP systems, contributing to the successful delivery of our cutting-edge technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of MEP teams, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
- Ensure all MEP installations and maintenance work comply with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Review MEP drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans.
- Manage and track MEP materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues and challenges on-site.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports on MEP activities to project management.
- Collaborate effectively with other site supervisors, engineers, and contractors.
