MEP Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our upcoming gaming studio expansion. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all MEP infrastructure, maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and plumbing.
2. Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to schedule and execute MEP-related projects.
4. Conduct regular inspections and performance checks of MEP equipment and systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues promptly to minimize downtime.
6. Maintain accurate records of MEP maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
7. Prepare reports on MEP system performance and project status.
