MEP Supervisor - Chennai

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated MEP Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT services team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within a corporate or industrial setting. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational efficiency of all MEP services, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for our employees and supporting our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of MEP services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP equipment and infrastructure to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training.
- Respond to and resolve MEP-related issues and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repair logs.
- Ensure all MEP operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and local building codes.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities management teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services with overall infrastructure.
