Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and experienced MEP Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant engineering field and will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our state-of-the-art facilities supporting the law enforcement and security services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of MEP technicians and contractors.
- Ensure all MEP installations and maintenance activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor the performance of MEP equipment and systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory of MEP components.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of MEP projects and preventative maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner.
