Merchandise / Retail Planner for M.Sc Graduates (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Merchandise / Retail Planner with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and optimizing inventory levels across our fashion categories. You will work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our product offerings meet customer demand and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast product demand and identify buying opportunities.

Develop and execute merchandise plans, including assortment planning, allocation, and replenishment strategies.

Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stockouts or overstock situations, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, Operations) to ensure successful product launches and promotions.

Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, inventory health, and planning insights for management.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
