Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in India. The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring the effective visual presentation of our services and brand within internal and external client-facing environments. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, organizational skills, and an understanding of brand guidelines to enhance our market presence and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with EY's brand identity and service offerings.
- Ensure consistent visual presentation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery teams to understand their merchandising needs.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of branded collateral, ensuring availability for events and client meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor merchandising activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines documentation related to visual merchandising.
- Organize and oversee the setup of internal and external event booths and displays.
- Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and provide reports on key metrics.
