Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and optimizing the presentation and availability of products, ensuring that our offerings align with market demands and company strategies within the railway industry. Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
* Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
* Create compelling product displays and visual merchandising plans for trade shows, customer presentations, and internal use.
* Conduct competitor analysis to understand their merchandising strategies and product offerings.
* Prepare regular reports on merchandising performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
