Merchandiser

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Larsen & Toubro's Industrial Equipment division. The Merchandiser will be responsible for optimizing the presentation and availability of our industrial machinery products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of product placement, inventory management, and market trends within the industrial equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for industrial equipment and machinery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product promotion and placement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product displays and promotional materials.
- Ensure product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular store visits and site assessments to evaluate product presentation and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Stay informed about competitor activities and industry best practices.
