Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about optimizing the presentation and availability of goods/materials within large-scale public projects, requiring strong organizational and analytical skills. Post-graduation is not a prerequisite for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for highway projects.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Analyze project requirements and ensure that the right materials are available at the right time and place.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in material management.
Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements and transactions.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and compliance of procured items.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to material usage, inventory, and project progress.
