Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability for our food products.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to ensure product quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Manage product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Optimize product presentation on the platform to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
Gather customer feedback and use insights to refine product offerings and merchandising tactics.
Ensure all merchandising activities comply with food safety regulations and company standards.
