Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our growing team. The Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility across our real estate projects and associated offerings. This role requires a blend of market analysis, strategic planning, and creative execution within the fast-paced real estate development industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising plans for new and existing real estate projects, aligning with sales and marketing objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify merchandising opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and construction teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product presentation.
- Oversee the selection, sourcing, and procurement of materials, finishes, and fixtures for model apartments, common areas, and project branding.
- Manage the visual merchandising aspects of sales galleries, site offices, and project exteriors to create an appealing and persuasive customer experience.
- Develop and manage merchandising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal return on investment.
- Track and report on the performance of merchandising initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in real estate merchandising and interior design.
