Role Summary: The Merchandising & Planning role at NPCI will focus on analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and product performance to inform strategic planning and product development initiatives within the digital payments and financial inclusion space. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital payments.
Analyze product performance data, user adoption rates, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Develop and refine product roadmaps and strategic plans based on market insights and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for merchandising and planning initiatives.
Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new product features and services.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and policy developments impacting the payments industry in India.
