Role Summary: We are seeking a Merchandising & Planning professional to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our service offerings and resource allocation to meet client demands efficiently. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our services are strategically planned and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and client needs to inform service development and planning.
Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans for our accounting and auditing services.
Collaborate with service line leaders to forecast demand and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage inventory of service offerings and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prepare reports and presentations on merchandising and planning activities for senior management.
